I love it when Bands show some of their roots through their music while also transforming them. Its kinda hard to think that this is a song from the 50's after hearing some of The Who's peformances of it.

They were just explosive. Heavy music today needs some of this madness and groove. That guitar is not over processed like in heavy metal, it's just raunchy!

Exactly. What happened to the good hard rock? Now everything is soft as cotton, or sounds like metal. Personally, can’t stand metal. That over the top distortion, lack of groove or swing, repetitive lyrics and sounds, and ear-splitting vocalists screaming with no sense of melody or beauty.

Best drummer ever, really? His playing was inconsistent, sloppy, lacking fundamental skills. Fueled mostly by drugs and booze...RIP Mr. Moon.

Johnny Marr said Pete was the best 60s guitarist "by miles." Starting to see what he meant. Love this band, almost all the way. Sorry kids, Roger's a weak link. (Edit: I've changed my mind about Roger. I was wrong to say he's a weak link, three years ago. Today is 8 20 20.)
