@@ArthursAtman I mainly focus on muay thai, as it is dominant in its ability to develop allsourrounding awareness of whats going on and where openings are being made. The calm and therefore or born out of coolness, the thais express is highly sought after and needed in all aspects incl. muay thai or any fighting. The way to move with control over ones bodys gravity and how to manage this to develop power, is what thais manage and all other s should focus on developing too . To keep it down as thais is the way to go. Keep what down? Everything!

@@ArthursAtman it seems like thais, not burmese, are on top of that martial arts world everybody wants to be a part of as their abilities by far surpass any other . Thais are actually very diff. from burmese, generally, in reg. to their understanding and handling of their task, art, muay thai. Its like muay thai got that artness which letwei actually seems to lack. it has a lot to do how to manage and administer the power of gravity and use that as a force, the force, in fighting vs. the void, mere musclepower.

If the label can be said to be external, the One not sharing the pursuit is the Source of goodness. >There is a price to pay for the pursuit of anything, especially to the extreme. A price? You mean an opportunity cost? If you insist on thinking in economic terms, there are bad deals and there are good deals. There are things worth the cost, and the ones that are making you poor. >For some people it's just time, for others it's physical health and the risk of injury. You can think yourself very happy flying high as a kite on some drug. You're not truly happy, and you know you aren't healthy. >Sumo, modern body building, Lethwei it all has a physical cost. Not to mention things that affect other people, like people abandoning their children, people exploiting other people for profit etc. People's "value systems" can be both mistaken and selfish. >I avoid head impacting contact sports, as I'd prefer to prioritise my brain health over those pursuits, Good. >I also don't want to touch steroids, Good. >but if I got terminal brain cancer in 10 years, I'd think, well, I could have pursued them to the exact same demise and potentially had a more interesting short life.
