Megaforce+ l don't need to hear them to know they sound bad, you can tell just by looking at them. l don't care how much RND you put in, a single 3'' woofer in a plastic box will not sound good and that is a fact. it may sound good to people who don't know what good sound is, but to somebody with tuned ears they are going to sound like garbage. anybody who knows a thing or 2 about acoustics knows that these aren't good speakers.

"Em being decent sounding is enough." maybe for you, but the rest of us want the most we can get. "Noone uses speakers anyways so aint that big of a deal lmao." actually lots of people still use speakers, they aren't out dated or old or anything and they are better than headphones. recording studios prefer speakers to headphones, as well as a lot of audio editors. headphones are only for when you're on the go or need to be quiet, 7/10 times you'll find that people prefer speakers to headphones. "N still, u can't say shit when u haven't tried em." yes l can because l know how acoustics work, and if these speakers sound good then they defy the laws of physics. "I kinda trust a tech yt'r more than a random in internet." and that's why l am the wolf and you're the sheep. l can think for myself and l know a lot more about audio than frank. fact is that these speakers aren't good, maybe if they were cheaper they would be decent but for $100 they are garbage there are so many better speakers for that price. (personal thought) l never use speakers with a built in amp, because you don't know what kind of QC that amp has going for it. the amp is the most important part because your speakers can only sound as good as your amp and a lot of active speakers get midrange to terrible amps put in them. with passive speakers (no amp) then you can use your own amp that you've tested and you know sounds good and is tried and true.

l can tell you right now that they are not good, l would never in my life pay $100 for speakers that have a single 3" driver. l don't care what anybody says when you only have 1 driver, especially one that small, then you're not getting good sound quality.
@JesseArt
6 жыл бұрын
Lol, these don't even begin to compare to what you can get for $200. That struck me as a pretty disingenuous statement to be honest. Hell, I'm quite certain there are much better products even at this highly competitive price range of $99-150 USD. If you want good, inexpensive speakers with decent, even arguably entry level "HiFi" sound quality, I'd recommend checking out the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 (THX-certified) system, the Logitech Z623 2.1 (THX-certified) system, or even small studio monitors like the Mackie CR3s instead. Passive bookshelf speakers with an inexpensive Class T or D amp like my Bic America dv62si paired with the SMSL A2 amp are also a great option that offers way more value for quality sound. My dv62si bookshelves have 6.5" woofers in addition to the 3/4" silk dome tweeter, so I really don't even need a dedicated sub-woofer to shake the room. But!! As an open system, should I WANT to add a giant sub (which I do eventually), it's easy enough to just add a powered one. Just make sure your amp has a sub output. I admit I have not heard these Razer speakers, but one small mid-range driver will never produce a truly "full range" sound no matter the enclosure or the size of it's ports. They look neat, and I'm sure they'll sell a lot of them. But, there are certainly better options at this price range. Shop around guys; don't let the RGB blind you.

It's not the first time. Check out the Razer Mako. Way more premium and better, but it's not manufacuring anymore. Was product from the old quality level of Razer, before they went making shitload of stuff and was also fully manufactured by THX. The NOMO series looks another cheap CHROMA product. The Mako used Bi-Amplied solution and Class HD by Audera Acoustics. When you add the touchcontrol POD... was amazing product. And the sound is uncomparable - reviewed by many audiophile at the time. The subwoofer driver is also bigger @ 8''
