200 g flour
another 1300 g of flour
8 medium-sized eggs (separate 2 yolks from them, mix with 4 tablespoons of milk and use to lubricate the dough)
1 teaspoon of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
400 g sugar
200 g softened butter
a little odorless vegetable oil for the work surface
bake at 175 °C (350° F) at medium level without convection until golden brown, checking with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean. If you are going to bake only small buns, then 20-25 minutes of baking at 175 ° C will be enough for them
