This is 🔝 greek version of Spaghetti Bolognese - 💯Greek spaghetti with mince sauce
Makaronia me kima, literally translating to "pasta with meat", is a beloved dish in Greek cuisine, often considered the Greek version of Bolognese. However, it offers its own unique twists and flavors that set it apart.
Imagine: Tender pasta, typically penne or rigatoni, bathed in a rich, simmered tomato sauce bursting with savory complexity. This isn't your average tomato sauce; it's laced with warm spices like cinnamon and allspice, adding a subtle yet distinct fragrance. The star of the show is the kima, ground meat (traditionally beef or a mix of beef and pork).
