INGREDIENTS :
450 grams of frozen peas
2 carrots
2 potatoes
2 ports
some garlic
spices: salt, peppercorns, red pepper, vegetables, chili
50 ml of tomato sauce

RECIPE:
✅Cut vegetables: 2 carrots, 2 potatoes, 2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic
✅ Fry the carrot and onion briefly and stew for 10 minutes, after which we will add peas and potatoes and season everything nicely: salt, peppercorns and 1 teaspoon of red pepper. Add only 50 ml of tomato sauce and 200 ml of water - mix everything, cover and cook for 10 minutes, until the water boils
✅ After 10 minutes, add another 200 ml of water and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Stir from time to time
✅ After those 10 minutes, add garlic and only 1 bay leaf. Add 800 ml of water, cover and cook for 30 minutes at medium temperature
✅ After 30 minutes, add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetables, mix and taste. If necessary and desired, add a little more salt and add chili, if you like
✅ Continue cooking slowly until the desired thickness of the peas. It took us another 15-20 minutes
