Japanese Curry and Indian Curry use almost same ingredients and process of cooking. The only difference is that Indian curry is more spicy because they add red chilli powder and masala.

Wow!!! I always love Japanese curry with tonkatsu... but I use pre-made curry roux -- the "Golden Curry" brand ... I can't make curry roux from scratch...

It does look easy! We also have the ingredients available on hand so I'll likely try this tomorrow or the day after. Is it alright If I switch out the chicken with beef and throw in some potatoes and carrots? Edit: Can you try making local sweets as well? Awesome video!

👍 for japanese curry i use also S&B, it’s in a box. the curry not powered but in blocks, much easier for me to do. i make potato salad like urs, but less onions.

I normally put the curry powder once the onions are cooked but under low fire for few seconds and then add the chicken and adjust the heat once again….I will be trying your recipe because it looks delicious.

Its only in your vlog that i realized its so easy to cook chicken curry! Kantan! Also i miss japanese potao salad, but my tencho always put hard boiled egg , he says it makes the taste more creamy! Good thing its market day for me tomorrow! Will surely try chicken curry and potato salad!
