For anyone wondering the school costs 1$/month I recommend buying it if you’re completely lost in your workouts and are a complete beginner, as the information in the books will help you get a feeling of what calisthenics is about, how to schedule your routine and fix your training methods. However, if you’ve been training for a while, most of the things in the books won’t be all that useful as you probably already know most of it. You’ve also got access to a community, (which you could also get access to by joining a discord server) but it’s helpful regardless.

Do them more consitently troughout the day, practice only good form, use resistance bands when training and track your progress

Train your back 2-3 times a week and a pause at the top of the pull up motion for 2-4 seconds. That helped me. I mean you can also use a band to support your weight, BUT whatever you do, dont forget to do the eccentrics at least 4 seconds long!

Do banded pull ups make sure that you pull evenly cause you need to learn proper form and learn to use back muscles efficiently. Then do negative pull ups slowly 5 secs keep doing that. since you are begginer who can do 3 reps pull ups you wont overtrain so easily you so you can train it everyday but just rest when you feel real sore listen to your body.

I increase my basics with weighted pull ups and dips with 40kg with dips and 25kg with pullups and all with 10 reps and so in only 1 and half month Then i do only skills and learned the full front lever hold in only 1 week good form 4 seconds And my routine is Push 100% intensity Pull 100% intensity Push 50% intensity Pull 50% intensity Push 80% intensity Pull 80% intensity And then leg day It seems exhausting but the 50% intensity its like a rest day but to make the body used to the position and adapt to it and by 50% means the reps sets and SECONDS hold are half the session i did in the 100% intensity I wanna see your opinion in these one
