Yes, it's true. If you have to take medication due to illness, you may need to take less medication if you get your vitamin D levels to a good healthy level. A good vitamin D level will make you feel better overall.

Hi. Three months back my vitamin d level was 13. Suffered a lot with fatigue, knee pain, back pain, anxiety , panic, no sleep. Dizziness, tiredness. After taking supplement for 3months now it is 37.4 level. But still tiredness, fatigue, knee pain, body pain. Still is there. How long to suffer. But anxiety, panic, insomnia has cured. But tiredness , pain is still there. Please help me. Always I feel im going to die.

I do exercise, however when a person is vitamin d deficient, it's alot of pain and I don't recommend exercising unless the person is not feeling much pain. At this point I would only recommend walking .Thats what i did ,now I'm able to strength train.

@@DillanRichardson. Thanks a lot for your reply. I am in a recovery-mode from Vit.D-deficiency for a second time. Although I had known this topic Vit.D3 before my first episode. Though I am white, the sun is not enough for me. I have not done bloodwork so far, but will do from now on regularly. I am used to exercise a lot, so nutrition by supplements is obviously essential even if one eats good stuff ("whole foods" without any junk or alcohol). I have noticed that during recovery exercise is possible without aching during exercise. But the days after are critical. Is it imp to take magnesium glycinate because my doctor is not recommending me to take that supplement Instead of that they gave 500mg calcium with combination of k2 100mcg in the afternoon and 60k vitamin d3 once a week in afternoon

lol these doctors dont know how to treat vitamin d deficiency - it's soooo sad lol - but yes you must take magnesium and you should never be taking calcium - I outlined this in my guide

I literally visited 5 doctors no once is telling me to take magnesium glycinate supplement when I told about magnesium and I told that I will stop calcium tablets and take magnesium, by listening this statement they shouted on me.And said we are doctors not u these are their words. 😢😢

It’s so hard when your doctors don’t support 😩 your magnesium might be fine now but taking lots of vitamin D depletes magnesium and it helps body to absorb vitamin D to.

@@seemaSeema-wd1en yes you dont need a prescription - i want you to advocate for your self - who will you listen to , me ? who have been deficient and over come the deficiency or doctors that have never been deficient and clearly don't know what they are doing? you choose. but remember the longer you stay deficient is the longer you will more side effects of low vitamin d , some one which might be incurable without medical intervention.

Hi my level stated 16ng was feeling all the same symptoms as well a tingling and extreme bone pain and brain fog been pretty rough to say the least this gives me hope doctor told me only to take between 800-2000iu I stared with 1000 and was doing nothing infact I felt worse now taking 5000 daily will up to 10000 also taking b12, magnesium & k2 only been 4 weeks but really hope I get back to my old self especially for my two young children been sleeping again thank goodness my insomnia was horrible since taking the magnesium I wonder if I should take a higher amount of d3 but some comment have scared me about over doing it?

5-10k IUS of vitamin d is fine - no need to take any higher

@@noirtales4201 can take up to 1.5 year max to feel 100% better but in about 3-4 months you should see improvement - some people actually feel really good at the 3-4 month mark - I explain all this all this in my guide if you need a better understanding of the process.

Is it necessary to take d3 and k2 together if yes then in morning or in afternoon 3.aslo about magnesium all 3 magnesium d3 k2 together or seperately please tell time morning or evening 4. Proper amount of all there medicines without getting toxicity 5.if i take 60k iu in month then how can i manage vitmin k2 and magnesium 6.how can i maintain my vitamin d3 levels lifetime

take all your supplements in the morning together, yes k2 is necessary 5k vitamin a day - 400mg magesium -100-200 mcg of k2 never stop supplementing
