It’s good when you lose because after you lose then you get so much better then the next match you wrestle your better than the last time if you always win you stay the same because there’s no reason to change next tournament is gonna be cayden 2.0

It goes away with experience man , feeling butterflies pre match is normal. Only the seeing the results you get from pracrice will let your doubt fade away.

@@Michael89240 not necessarily, but I and most of my teammates are, I’m a 170lbs high school wrestler and most of the guys I wrestle are ripped as well, even the 106lbs girl on our team has abs, but it’s not a requirement it usually just comes with the training.
