In this exercises we are going to utilize 3 basic skating skills and blend them into 1 step sequence. You are going to need to know how to do forward outside 3 turns, backward crossovers and back outside edges (in a landing position on both sides). This is a great exercise for warming up, working on getting the skills above more comfortable and a great way to work your posture and extension.
