Perfect video thank you so much. Saw 3 other videos that were long-winded and didn't mention any of the most important aspects (the size of Allen wrench, what actually needs to be tightened, and the angle with which to enter the housing)

I rarely comment on any KZitem videos, but this is DEFINITELY one that I had to leave a comment. I was having this EXACT same issue with my Moen 87359E2SRS MotionSense kitchen faucet for several weeks, and could not seem to find any other videos on KZitem or in Google searches on how to go about resolving this issue. Your video showed exactly what to do, and I just fixed my faucet and it works like a charm! Thank you for uploading this to KZitem as you probably just saved me at least $150 for the cost of a licensed plumber to do the same 5-minute fix!

As other mentioned; I looked at several other videos which did not go the necessary further steps you do to explain exactly what is loose and how to tighten it. Thanks for hitting the nail on the head!

Thanks....I've been trying to figure this out for months. Finally got it fixed. Note** I did not have to take off anything...just tightened the screw.😄

Very helpful video, especially the advice on the proper angle & the caution NOTto remove the screw all the way out.

Thank you so much! Yes, the advice about angle of allen wrench, my Moen single handle took a 9/64 allen. Great 10/10 video. 🛠 female homeowner with tools...this guy is great!

From the comments below, this is a common problem. I replaced the valve and found I still had the original problem for which I had purchased the valve in the first place...THEN, I found your video. Mine seemed to be a full turn loose. Now, working as intended. Many thanks.

Thanks for going one step further than others who just say tighten the set screw. Mine was tight but still rattled. Going to try the collar, thank you!

Huge time saver watching this video. After watching another video and spending 15, I came out KZitem to look for other options. After your video my issue was resolved in a few minutes.

great tip with the mirror. And the detail about the angle on the set screw is the tip I needed. I'm in the same boat as you, with the splash board right behind my faucet. Thanks!

Genius! Most people will tighten the set screw and give up. Then I found this video and fixed in 30 seconds with steak knife, amazing. The deep inside brass ring tightening was the fix!!!

Thanks for this -- and saying the allen screw is 3/32"! That saved the day and much hassle.

I used a torx bit and it seemed to lock in perfectly. I still couldn't see in there, so maybe it was a coincidence since I didn't have my imperial allen key set at that moment.

Thanks for this. I removed the Allen screw entirely but the handle nor the cover will come off. I feel I’ll break it if I try too hard. Any tips?

My Moen Delaney faucet has this problem. This video was instructional to help me understand it and the solution. However, the brass threaded ring comes loose about 3 weeks or so after I tighten it. I'm looking for a permanent solution......

Lock tight sold at bid box stores. Can be used on any bolts, screws etc. I use it on bikes. Some people don't tend to loose parts until something brakes.
