You were right. All my questions were answered in this one. I’m going to start putting the sessions in my diary tomorrow. If they’re in there there’s more chance they’ll get done.

That was brilliant. This plan and all the advice you give, it could be 10+ videos!! I'm like how you're leaning towards the longevity and healthspan side of it all, its something I've been following for a while but not necessarily complying to that well... I'm on a bit of a weight loss mission at the moment and seeing this really helps, I'm up for joining!

Thanks so much mate - that’s kind!! To be honest they probably will end up being stand alone vids too but I wanted/needed to get these out before Monday! It’s good to have you on board too! I’ve slowly come to the conclusion this last year the tri/cycling etc aren’t a lifestyle - they’re part of my lifestyle - and ways that I get the things I need to do to be in good shape in the future… it’s taken a while for the penny to drop but it’s a damned good way to tick a lot of the main boxes in a really fun way..!!! What stuff have you been looking into?

@@1stElement 100% on getting better for the future. I've neglected by body for far too many years and you're dead right, you gotta look at this stuff now, before you get too old! Looked into all manners. The longevity came from some of the fitness youtubers I follow who recommended others, and I've gotten sucked into it. I've done bits and pieces of IF, low carb, and taking supps over the years but never with any consistency. Nootropics is the topic that has fascinated me most and I've continued with certain supps (particularly diff amino acids) because they've really worked, its definitely not all pseudoscience. Attia, Huberman, What I've learned (excellent), Nootropics expert, Thomas DeLauer, Dr. LeGrand, Bryan Johnson, Paul Saladino, My longevity experiment, high intensity health, nutrition library.....

@@1stElement kettlebells at home. Yoga is once a week class but I do a bit at home too. I enjoy using a rowing machine at home (which I ought to start doing again) I put it aside for a while to concentrate on learning KB form but I’ll bring it back in.
