Recipe 1:
- 100 g oat flakes.
- 140 ml milk.
Mix well. Leave on for 5 minutes.
- Peel 1 banana. Knead the banana well.
Add banana to oatmeal. Mix well.
- 1 egg.
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanillin (1 g). (can be replaced with 1 teaspoon sugar)
- a pinch of salt.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Mix well.

Ready-made pancakes can be poured with honey, you can add a banana, add vanilla ice cream.
Recipe 2:
6 tablespoons oatmeal
200 ml kefir
Leave on for 10 minutes
2 bananas
1 apple
2 kiwis
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey

1 cup or 130 g oatmeal
1 cup (200 ml) hot water
Leave on for 10 minutes
400 - 500 g (1 pound) zucchini
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup 150-200g mozzarella or Gouda cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dry garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 eggs
vegetable oil
Yogurt or sour cream
