I am amazed at slowly and carefully you tackle each project! No leaf unturned. No minute detail missed. For instance: I Worley’s not have removed all of the fixtures in your shower. Nor would I have put that many coats of primer prior to the paint. You level of perfection is really almost an obsession! Can we suggest OCD? Just kidding of course. Your finished project will be mostly invisible to the next owner BUT You will know it was done correct and, after all, that is what counts! The Girls are wonderful and you are so lucky to have them by your side!

I always judge who's the most cute in a new video, Lynn, Emma or Compass. Emma usually wins. Lynn was winning today but then Compass's cuteness quotient skyrocketed at the end. Compass for the win. Of course Teal wins the skills competition, every week. I am so looking forward to seeing you guys leave the dock and sail away.

I can’t believe how much I enjoy these videos. That boat is fantastic. It’s a work of art. Your design and craftsmanship engineering is by far the best boat I’ve seen. Just love that someone else has this kind of OCD that can work in your favor (most times). Question, how do you access the bilge in the hulls? Also are you going to cover those chain plates on the ceiling and the nuts on the hulls? Maybe a formed snap on cover, in case need to access the hardware. Your videos are addicting. Thanks Teal.

Another way to do any size bolt holes. Drill oversized by factor of three or double for large holes. Tape bottom well, fill with epoxy and after hardening, drill correct size hole for screw or bolt thru your epoxy plug. Everything will be waterproof and you can tighten screw or bolt without fear of crushing the structure.

I had the same issue with the white Brightsides I used on my cockpit (entire exterior) of my C-22. When the boat is on the trailer and not level water will collect in the front corners of the cockpit seating. The Brightsides would bubble up like small blisters. After drying it out and letting it sit in the sun the bubbles would recede. I am really not happy about it but I am not sanding back all of my horizontal surfaces and re-priming. The primer I used was the Interlux Pre-Kote which is what is called for when painting with Brightsides top-coat.

Shower floor pans fail because of flexing. The users weight and movement causes excessive flexing in the painted surfaces, which cracks allowing water, soap and cleaning chemical ingress. Then the user steps out adn the chemicals are trapped below the paint. The corners have the least amount of flex so crack first.

*FYI* Time 22:40 *NEVER DULL* came out in the early 70s. It was only available for military. A knock off came out in the late 70s and 80s called *MOTHERS* Never Dull was made public after Mother's came out because of sales were booming. Never Dull is to this day not sold nation wide like Mother's. Never Dull was the first to introduce wool and wax. Mother's is cheaper using cotton. Never Dull can be used on all types of metals that mother's can't. It was mainly designed for brass. Navy were the biggest users on the product. Chrome, Brass, Silver, Aluminum and Coper. Easy to apply . Let it dry till white rub it off.

I have a lot of experience with brightside paint. It's a 1 part poly and will NOT hold up to water sitting on it regardless of the primer. If you want a water barrier, you need a two part epoxy paint. That tough part is that none of the two part paints will stick to poly paints, you have to strip all the brightsides off first. :( dont get me wrong, I love brightside paint, but it has limits.
