killed it again. you work in the 500's with deadlifts and I work in the 400's.. Shows the difference in strength for sure. Not sure how much longer ill keep trying to get my 500. It really pushes me..Eventually I can see me topping out at 405 and just working in the 300's. BUT hey, its all good. Great job with the zercher as well. Not an easy position to have your body in and trying to hold the weight. have a good night!

Same to you and thank you ! I think you will continue to progress . You’re doing awesome on everything!Something that does help me be cause I also pull with an over under grip most of time . Sometimes that particular grip can cause imbalances for me and back pain . I find especially when my back doesn’t feel good that pulling with straps makes my back feel better ( nothing to do with grip but much more to do with pulling from a very even and level position. It alllows things to heal when my back starts feeling beat up . Appreciated as always!

Strong work! You know, I have never tried Zercher squats or deadlifts. They would probably not agree with my forearm tendon rupture, though.

Thanks Brad ! Yeah I don’t do often . Mainly when I can’t squat . Right now the squat hurts my hip so I’m kinda babying it . Yeah they definitely put a lot torque on the elbows. I may not do for much longer

Solid bro i’m too scared to bench w/o a spotter, my max is 335 but I wont go past 300 without one

Appreciate that , yeah 335 is great . That’s about where I’m at . I’m not afraid only because I’m able to do a modified roll of shame where if I’m gonna fail the lift I start to sit up the bar goes on my upper thighs and just stand up with the weight .

I can't fathom how you can do benching and deadlifting in the same session! 305 bench reps looked really smooth, Wilson! How did the zerchers feel? 🙌💯

It’s not really that bad Kurt . It’ll shave a little poundage off whichever lift I do second but I’m not that concerned about that . Also I’m only doing a couple work sets per exercise. Zerchers are hard for me but I think I may keep trying them . They absolutely light the core up . Do you think zerchers are worth doing or a waste of time ?thanks Kurt 👍🏻

@@Alabama_Kurta 405 zercher is incredible. I couldn’t do that . I’m basically just doing them because I’m not really squatting right now .
