I found this channel a month ago and it’s literally changed my way of thing, my growth in the gym and outside the gym has been changing for better. I looked forward on watching all the videos and recommending this channel to friends and family. I change wait to start training with one of your programs. I even started using Spotify to hear podcast when I’m at work, something I had never done before. Thank you.

Same here. I love this show. It's so much deeper than just fitness. It's really about living your best life. The biggest takeaway for me was what healthy changes can I make that are sustainable? Also, consistency is key. Dont throw away your progress because of a setback.

Years ago, I was in the Marine Corps and fell into a mindful dark place. I found Tony Robbins who helped me find my way out just through his podcasts. Today I am a small business owner that does personal training and rely an insane amount on MindPump to kind of mentor me and help me be a better trainer for my clients here at FitFineFlex Gym. This episode is Super cool because it has the best of both and you just can’t beat that! Thank you Tony and My favorite health and fitness mentors MindPump for everything y’all do and dedicating your careers to helping other people.

Guys I really need to thank you for doing the Dave Dahl episode. My cousin has struggled his whole adult life with substance abuse & he was just released from prison 8 months ago & that episode really hit home pretty hard for both of us. My cousin & I listen to mind pump every morning while we're working out in my garage gym. We're about to finish up your MAPS Anabolic program. We listened to Dave Dahl share his story this morning & he became very emotional listening because he could relate to the struggles of substance abuse, struggling to find a job & a purpose. It's important to hear these stories of redemption of guys who get their shit together. My favorite quote is from Joe Rogan, "I love a success story, but even more than a success story. I like a dude who f*cks his life up and gets his life together again story.” He's on that path.

I’ve been doing the exercises that were suggested to fix my scapular winging since calling in and the improvement has been surprising since I was making little progress before. I always look forward to the next episode and I seeing what else I can learn!

When I was a teenager I was overweight, played video games in my parents basement, and was addicted to pornography. Then I met someone who later became a close friend of mine who taught me a bunch of stuff that Tony Robbins has taught, and turned me onto his stuff. Since then by immersing myself in self-improvement and surrounding myself with good people I've ran a marathon, got into lifting weights, and have begun trying to influence people around me to help them also find the joy that comes from physical self mastery and development via fitness. Thank you for sharing this interview with us! I love this podcast in general, but this episode has been a special treat for me and has left be feeling incredibly grateful for all the ways I've been blessed in my life these past 6 years.

Listen to y'all daily. My GF is the one that turned me onto your podcast and channel as she found you while going through her personal training certification. Anytime we question something we are doing in the gym or nutrition-wise we always refer to your podcasts. When she started her personal training career/training she struggled with being thrown in there without being coached on what to do....you guys really helped her overcome that. I also enjoy the "current event" talking y'all do throughout the beginning of your shows. Please keep up the hard work you guys do, you've helped and inspired so many of us out here. Thanks guys

One of my baby brothers (25) turned me on to you guys about2 weeks ago. Loving the Intel. I’m 52, drive a big rig, and unfortunately I packed on so many pounds from bad food choices and sitting a living I ballooned up to 393 pounds. Was diagnosed with diabetes and thought I was doomed. Instead I looked into Keto and Intermittent fasting on the truck. I’m down to 319 right now and not just losing weight but adding muscle. It’s amazing what you can do with a dumbbell and the right mindset. Totally enjoyed the interview with Tony. What a powerhouse. I look forward to more great info from you guys. Stay smiley, Wes

Man, my life has changed completely since I found you guys. The amount of knowledge I’m able to hold not only for myself but then contribute it to others is outstanding. I was a ‘skinny athletic’ soccer player and now, a year later, i’m known as the ‘deezed one’ at soccer training😂. I didn’t only benefit from the fitness information but also the cognitive. I used to have some brain fog and since I started eating more healthy fats and took some vitamins I may have been deficient in, I’ve been sharp as a mfer. Thank you Sal, Adam, Justin, and Doug for all the hard work and information you guys put out for us to reach a better version of ourselves💪🏼🙏🏼

Your information has been very valuable to me as I've gotten back into being in shape. I've never been big into podcast-style content, but I keep coming back to this show every episode. Still young in my training (though I'm almost 40), and still learning. Thank you! One request: on your MAPS programs, can you list the equipment needed? Us home gym users want to know if we'll have what we need to complete the workouts! I'd like to dive into your programs, but I'm space limited and only have a few pieces of equipment. Thanks!
