2001, saw Tool for the 1st time. Saw them 2 more times in 2002 during the Lateralus tour. If you had the chance to see Tool between 1990 and 2002 you witnessed MJK at his finest. His live performances had a surreal and otherworldly quality to them. I'm so f'n happy I got to witness those EPIC moments. Don't get me wrong, MJK is still one of THE BEST lead singers in rock, he's mellowed like a fine ass wine and still kills it live as seen by many including myself on the Fear tour. Those first 12 years of the bands existence however, legendary indeed.

Something has to change Undeniable dilemma Boredom's not a burden anyone should bear Constant over stimulation numbs me But I would not want you any other way Just not enough, I need more Nothing seems to satisfy I said, I don't want it, I just need it To breathe, to feel, to know I'm alive Finger deep within the borderline Show me that you love me and that we belong together Relax, turn around and take my hand I can help you change Tired moments into pleasure Say the word and we'll be Well upon our way, blend and balance Pain and comfort, deep within you Till you will not want me any other way But it's not enough, I need more Nothing seems to satisfy I said, I don't want it, I just need it To breathe, to feel, to know I'm alive Knuckle deep inside the borderline This may hurt a little but it's something you'll get used to Relax, slip away Something kinda sad about The way that things have come to be Desensitized to everything What became of subtlety? How can this mean anything to me If I really don't feel anything at all? There I was in a party .. people occupied to talk and drink while I was feeling boredom getting Overdriven in my head and suddenly in the background I head on a stereo almost inaudible a tune that caught my ears ! I get close and heard what I named later as Eulogy by Tool ! I asked about the owner of the K7 and the guy was very nice !! I took the k7 putted it in my Walkman and left that f* boring party in which the only good thing that happened was discovering this huge shockwave called TOOL .. it was in the end of summer Of 1998 ..I was 25 ..and I’m still fan till now !! Important thing to notice I hate metal !! And people classified them then in metal Rock ! I never felt them sounding so .. till Adam Jones made a joke on it .. and I add they sound just like tool .. and nothing sounds like them ! My best discover after Dire Straits and Pink Floyd !
