Never cut clear thru the metal, move shears ahead, then cut, you get a jagged edge if you cut clear thru

I've put up several tin ceilings, and I really, REALLY recommend wearing gloves while cutting tin. Without gloves you can severely injure yourself, in the blink of an eye, no matter how careful you're being. The offset tin snips are a great idea; it's very difficult to cut large sheets of tin with regular snips.

That background sound is annoying. Had to give up.
