First thing...Blake, very impressed with your speaking skills, bro! 👊 Second thing....Awesome video again, Tyler! Glad to see you got your dad to try it and that he had fun with the headset, too. 😊 Love y'all tried it in public. 😅 Let people judge. 😂 I'm impressed with it because of this wonderful review. Viewing Netflix and KZitem in a virtual world caught my attention. Love features like that, but still really not crazy about gaming. Although, I do want to play that FNaF Help Wanted game, just because I'm a huge fan of the series. Anyways....great job again, Blake and can't wait to see the next video, guys.

@@samdedmon8674 So I have an Oculus Quest now. I gotta say, as a path into VR it's pretty much perfect. The only real complaint I have is the library of games is still kinda scarce, with some features stripped out of the Quest version of games (Pokerstars VR, for example, only has standard cash games available to Quest players where Rift players can access Tournaments, Sit&Gos, etc.) I know it's still early so I'm not having any buyers remorse but I hope the library gets bolstered with haste.

Well, a year has gone by since you made this video and I'm watching it for the first time. I'm curious to see how your opinion has changed based on two factors. First, if you have purchased an Oculus Quest 2 or not, and how you feel it compares to the Quest 1 of you have. Second, whether you still think this headset is worth buying considering you're now required to lock your Facebook account into sync with it, thereby putting more of your personal data in the hands of Facebook. I'd love to see a video about that soon if possible. Thank you! FYI, I own both headsets and feel like the upgrade to Quest 2 was worth the money spent, and personally am not bothered by the Facebook requirement, as I have nothing to hide. but I understand that not everyone feels that way and that requirement is turning off a lot of people...
@GenerationGapGaming
3 жыл бұрын
Yeah man we have the Quest 2 as well. I've only played a handful of times and I definitely can tell the increase in resolution and the headset is a bit more comfy. I don't get too bothered by the Facebook stuff either. I think we would all be a little naive to think that our information isn't shared in other ways than just facebook in this day and time so I agree with you than the Facebook connection isn't a big deal to me.

It's according to what you are using it for. For me I think the extra 100 was worth it because I need the extra space to record game capture footage on the headset for videos and such. But if you are only using it for play, I feel the 64 gb is reasonable. Hope this helps.
