Kait mix spinach in your eggs, a little cheese,milk salt and pepper to make an omelette maybe some watercress too. I'm logical or allergic to chicken, it try's to kill me and I can only eat certain nuts walnuts and Brazils and peanuts (salted) these next lots of nuts I cannot eat for some reason are hazelnuts and amonds Love mum

I have been doing keto for over 6 months then switched to Carnivore and have been doing that for 7 months now. I take 2-3 magnesium tablets and I use liquid Iv. I have no issues falling asleep but can’t stay asleep. Iv been this way since I was about 19. I’m 48 now. Help. 🤷♀️ I don’t need to loose any more weight.

It is to hard to test for magnesium in blood. As magnesium goes into the organs. Magnesium is one of the toughest to test cause of this as only a small amount ends up in blood.

I am female age 65 and have no problem falling asleep, but a few hours later, I wake and am not able to stay asleep all night . My 3 hours of sleep is making me sick...I do get enough mag intake.

I was taking a good amount of magnesium approx 650mgs daily and still ended up deficient due to stress, this was via a Red cell magnesium blood test my serum level was all "ok". Last test I was at optimal.

I take magnesium malate 3x per day for a total of around 750mgs also do transdermal at times. Also taken glycinate & ionic citrate previous.

You’re probably taking citrate or oxide which have a laxative effect (and also aren’t absorbed as well as other forms). Try glycinate.
