1.Pull ups
2.Straight bar dips
3.Explosive pull ups
4.Explosive straight bar dips
5.Triceps extension
Step. 1 Pull ups
Pull plays most important role in your muscle up so you really need to perform 30-35 clean pull ups
Step. 2 Straight bar dips
It's help to increase your pushing strength in your muscle up to achieve it quickly so you must have to perform 30-40 clean straight bar dips
Step 3. Explosive pull ups
After you achieve 30 clean pull ups you have to focus on your explosive pull ups because explosive pull up makes your muscle up journey more easy so you need to perform 4 explosive pull ups
Step 4. Explosive Straight bar dips
After you achieve 30 clean straight bar dips focus on your explosive Straight bar dips because it helps to clean your muscle up so you need to perform 14-15 explosive Straight bar dips
Step 5.Triceps extension
It is one of the most important excercise because its help to smooth your pull to push transition in muscle up so you need to perform 10-12 triceps extension
