On the street art, “Began in 2012 when the Penang Municipal Council hired a young Lithuanian to make the rusty walls a canvas of reflection inspired by the locals, Earnest Zacharevic, and other equal artists poured their soul into the brushes and brought the street to life. “

Penang in my eyes is a very special location. A smaller Hong Kong. Inexpensive in many ways . The blue Mansion is Inexpensive and great food . Penang hill be very careful of the monkeys 🐒.

Monkeys only bother you IF you have food visible.

How many days should we plan for Penang? We are travelling for 9 days in Malaysia. Is Penang better than Langhavi? We are planning 3 days in Langhavi.

Hi Langkawi and Penang are very different. Langkawi has more nature related activities, skybridge, waterfalls, beaches, snorkeling, island hopping etc. Penang is more about culture and food. Penang I think at least 3day2night,1 full day to explore Georgetown, 1 full day to go to kek Lok si temple and Penang hill

Hat Yai is quite layback compared to Bangkok, not many sight seeing places, but good for shopping and food. You plan to go there by train from Penang?
