Desde niño he visto hacer estas tortas a mis padres. Mi madre y sus primas las preparaban y mi padre las metía en el horno de leña y se encargaba de controlar cuando estaban listas. Hacían estas tortas siempre que preparaban lechona o porsella en el horno de leña. El asunto era aprovechar las altas temperaturas del horno ya que si directamente se ponía la lechona se arrebataba. Bien ricas que estaban calentitas, recién salidas del horno !!!
Y bien ricas que están las que te traemos hoy adaptadas al horno eléctrico.
