Welcome to Total Body Dumbbell Strength. In this 45-minute class we work through three separate blocks of exercises, each containing an (1) upper body + (2) lower body + (3) abdominal focus. Exercises will be performed for 1-minute each, for 3 rounds. Each block is then followed by a quick 1-minute cardio burst.
Equipment Needed: A pair of dumbbells or two household items that carry weight
Target: Increase total body strength and cardiovascular endurance
