Welcome to Total Body Muscle Build. In this 45-minute class we isolate sections of our body and focus on building lean muscle. We will work through separate blocks of exercise that will target the lower body, chest, back, and arms and abdominals. Exercises in each target area will be performed for 30-seconds each, for 2 or 3 rounds.
Equipment Needed: A pair of dumbbells or two household items that carry weight, and a Yoga Mat
