At 5:30, you demonstrated isolation with the "leg extension" that would work in my "Glute Lab". I am trying to get the adduction and the inside of the gluteus maximus.

How old is that GTS model ?, it looks bigger and heavier duty than the the current ones sold on the total gym site.

I would guess 8 to 12 reps each side and minimum 3 sets.
