Some individuals prefer to ignore the bad in life. Unfortunately, sometimes there is not a silver lining and that is OK. It is OK to feel bad about something or acknowledge something as painful. In fact, this helps one properly heal.
When individuals ignore the bad and create a false sense of positivity, a toxicity exists. When one ignores the bad, or others refuse to acknowledge the pain of others with false positive statements, then healing and grief bullying occurs.
