Definitely a synchro problem but also a point about your comment at 6:37, if it grinds at a stop your clutch is not releasing the input shaft. When you are coasting your wheels keep gears spinning through the countershaft so it can grind. Once stopped neither shaft should be giving you grind or rotation.

My TR6060 equipped 2010 SRT Challenger has an issue with high RPM 2nd gear grinding. Looks like a simple fix, It's just 1) getting the transmission out 2) Getting it apart. 3) getting it back together. 4) getting it back in. Maybe I'll just live with it.......

Cool video my 2011 gt500 has a throw out bear making noise push the clutch it quits but I’m missed second gear 3 times now so I’m wondering if I have a seq or the slave isn’t releasing the clutch enough making it hard to get in gear at wide open throttle thanks for the video good luck with your gt500

Hi, i own Gt500 2012 and have the same 2nd gear grind and lock sometimes not aways. I suppose the problem is the same. Now I'm wondering which one kit to order this one TUES11858 or this one TUES10357 from tremec?

This is a 2009 GT500, but the Synchro are common to all TR6060s Transmissions.

Keep a eye on that 2ngd gear.. I have a buddy with a 17 SS that I'm helping and it wasn't running the carbon revision...
