4 table spoon Mustard oil (sarson ka tel)
10-15 Garlic cloves (Lehson ki kaliyan)
1 Medium size onion (piyaaz)
1 table spoon mustard seeds (raai Dana)
3 Green chilli (Hari mirch)
2 Medium size tomato ( tamatar)
DRY MASALA:-
1 Teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1 Teaspoon coriander powder (Dhaniya)
Half teaspoon cumin powder (zeera)
Half teaspoon black pepper(Kali mirch)
Half teaspoon Red chilli powder (lal mirch)
Half teaspoon garam masala powder (Optional)
Salt as per your taste (namak)
FOR GARNISHING:-
Green coriander leaf (Hara dhaniya patta)
