Appears to be LTEX which actually buys and reconditions older locomotives. Not necessarily a grave yard for trains.

It's up near Youngstown,Ohio. They rebuild some of the engines in there. There were so many more older ones in the back but we weren't allowed in that area for liability reasons.

Stillinhaling THC yeah there's a huge bar wire fence surrounding the whole place, and some cameras by the bridge

I think it was either c30 or u30 the u50s were scrapped long ago
