I notice I’m built like a linebacker I have big thighs big calves I have big chest broad shoulders but I want to play defense Back would it be a good idea to go to the gym and become super muscular or go on a calorie deficit to get rid of it

Looks don’t matter size does as long as ur under 180 pounds it’s fine and you should be training in the gym like an athlete
