What conditioning methods are used in Jin Ying Quan 金鷹拳 Style? Master Wen Yongqing 溫永慶 shares with us some of his favorite exercises to improve one's fingers, forearms, and grip strength, all frequently used in many Kung Fu styles.
Master Wen Yongqing 溫永慶 is a full time Wushu and Lion Dance teacher in Beigang (located in Yunlin county, south of Taiwan). He is an expert of Jin Ying Quan 金鷹拳 (Golden Eagle Boxing).
