I'm hoping to get to a point somewhere in the future where i could maybe compete, i dont think i could ever reach WSM levels, but i wanna see where this takes me, and your coaching and program fits me so well. To train grip I do one arm hangs and a dumbbell carry. Keep the dumbbell bouncing of your thigh as to not prevent it from rolling out of your hand. I only do one side at a time, so it's an asymmetric core stability exercise as well.

Maybe it was just me, but during the video there seemed to be a lot of passive aggressive jabs between the two. Never did get a straight from Loz on what the stupid sh*t MH does, lol.
