You're only as strong as your weakest link! In this video, I discuss ways you can strengthen positions that are typically weak points for you. Examples include training with lighter weights, moving through a greater range of motion, using bands and cables, and choosing the right exercises.
This video also discusses "eROM strength" or "end range strength." This is the strength you're able to exert from a position where the muscle is elongated. That's typically one of the positions where the muscle is weakest! Watch and learn some strategies you can use to overcome that. Note: the Lift-Off and Passive Static Hold strategies come from FRC (Functional Range Conditioning).
