Hanging out with others that are like you, gives you a better sense of being accepted for who you are, not just "what" you are. Someone like you, is more understanding of your struggles. I couldn't understand the burial aspect of that, but the life aspect of it is for acceptance. God still loves everyone, no matter what. Great vid Lamont!

My husband's sibling is gay and plans to be buried with their parents and grandparents. Maybe if your family writes you off you choose differently? I think it depends upon each individual what they want. People always want to put others in a category, but you can be in more than one. My inlaw is very family oriented who just happens to be gay too. I imagine most of us, do not fit in just one category.

What's up Lamont welcome back to stl! So here's a little background on the memorial garden. First, it is said to be the first of its kind in the United States. It was the brainchild of LGBT activst Jordan Braxton who is also a drag queen who goes by Dieta Pepsi. As you said the Metro Trans Umbrella Group looks after it. The garden is basically a reminder of the struggles of the LGBT community especially those who were killed because of who they were. As I'm sure you're aware (but not your viewers), it is located at The Grove, which is a LGBT area. There are volunteers that occasionally help with the upkeep of the garden.

Good morning I watch you all the time and you are correct that's a topic you don't want to get into because it can go either way it's never going to be a common ground because people do not understand I'm not a transgender I'm just making a comment but I know and love the Lord Jesus and he loves us all so if you make a comment I'll make a statement there's always somebody that's going to contradict what you say but I'm grateful that you do this channel because some of the things that you talk about I never knew exist like Rainy W Barnea Jr. Very great story little sad but a very handsome young man after looking at his memorial I saw what he had siblings that were living during the time he was living and I was wondering why didn't he go to them he probably just try to make it on his own but back in that damn time all you had was family so you had to rely on them and I think it looks like he wanted to do it on his own and they probably never knew what happened to him cuz it's not like doing that time they was going to paint a print a big article in the paper by the black man being hung but anyway thanks a lot for taking us through adventures I love your channel.
