This is a great example of how some people will treat you in life if they think you're lower in social status. Not all lawyers care, not all security personnel care, and many standing around you will watch and say nothing. Look for those people who show mercy, grace, respect and honor because to them you're a human.

This happens in real life. I’ve also seen women showing up to court after they’ve requested feminine products and were denied, so they have blood leaking thru their clothes. The amount of times I’ve watched videos of women being arrested naked or exposed, and then left like that with handcuffs on while the cops (some have even been women!!) walk around her, and don’t have the basic decency to grab her something to cover up with is disturbing. Even after she’s ASKED for a t-shirt or blanket. It makes me sick to my stomach. What kind of world are we living in where people working a JOB behave so poorly??

Yep. They did similar to my underage cousin. She was admittedly a problem child getting into a lot of fist fights in school, because she was targeted for not speaking English when coming from Puerto Rico. So since she couldn't argue, she'd just swing. Wasn't necessarily a trouble starter though. She was arrested at home for a previous fight, while in her house clothes. They wouldn't let her put on a bra or decent clothes, and left her breast exposed when it slipped out of her top while she was cuffed. Some of these cops are perverted and need to be put on a registry for the stunts they pull while on duty.

misconception is that she was in there in underwear, and caught shoplifting. she was NOT partially nude, she was wearing athletic shorts that were covered by her t shirt. she also was not jailed for shop lifting, but for failure to complete a diversion program related to her shoplifting. in fact the shop lifting was 2 years prior to her arrest, in 2014. the issue was that she was wearing inappropriate attire for which she would’ve been judged, and that she was wearing blood soaked clothes for the past few days. the fact that she was not provided clothing for an extended stay is unbelievable, especially when criminals are judged based on appearance. because judges are human and impartialness is not attainable for most people. i mean really even if she wasn’t partially nude, it looked like it. she’s very lucky this judge saw through the corruption and bull

In India it is prohibited to arrest women with children at Night and especially bringing kids to the police Station. One female Police Inspector and her subordinates had arrested a female defendant and brought her to the police station at midnight with her baby. And the judge was furious and he scolded not only the IP but the whole crew of the police station and the lawyer as well. She didn't have any reasonable facts to justify her actions on arresting the lady and she was suspended indefinitely and others got station transfers. Do not abuse the authority that has been given to you. The authority is to serve the public not to oppress them.

@@Kishanth.J Corruption not only exists in India but everywhere at some point. I am from Sri Lanka, neighborhood of India. In 2022, our state was forced to declare that the State of Sri Lanka is officially bankrupt and cannot pay its debt back to debt holders. All bcoz a corrupted political family took the power and destroyed the whole economy to the ground but we stood stronger as citizens and today lkr our currency is one of the best performing currencies and inflation has fallen from 70% to 2-3%. Official FR has increased. Tourists arrival has boosted. There is a huge need but as individuals we all have our own responsibilities as well. When we fulfill them individually the whole community will be more and more stronger than ever.

@@kasunmahesh1862 I know, my family is Sri Lankan, my parent left Sri Lanka during the civil war. I was not suggesting corruption doesn’t exist out side of India, I have seen plenty on corruption but n Canada from federal government to local community centres. My reason for my comment is cause I hear a lot of stories about corruption and abuse based of of class, race, religion, position of authority, and my least favourite caste. The problem is good stories rarely get talked about. Almost everyone want to say how bad things are. So to hear some stories of people with integrity is great.
