Makes 6 servings:
Ingredients:
150g oats
120g chocolate MaxWhey @maxinutrition_uk
65g liquid egg whites
3 tsp cocoa powder
380 ml skimmed milk
2 medium bananas
10 g dark choc chips
10g milk choc chips
10g white choc chips
1 tsp baking powder
Method:
1. Mash 2 bananas
2. Add the liquid egg whites & milk and stir together
3. Add the oats, protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder and the chocolate chips and mix together
4. Bake in the oven at 180 for 30 minutes
5. Cut into 6 equal portions & store in the fridge until ready to eat.
Best served warm with thick Greek yoghurt & raspberries! 😋
