On August 6, 1945, the first atomic bomb to be used in combat was dropped on the city of Hiroshima in Japan, killing between 70,000 and 80,000 instantly, and levelling the city. Seventy-eight years later, however, the city lives, and it remembers the scars of its past. During his trip to Japan, Richard YS visited Hiroshima, and rode one of the streetcars that survived the bombing. Follow his ride, as he points out some of the memorials and other important sites en route.
