Hello everyone! Today's video is on how to do a Back Walkover. When teaching back walkovers I usually break them down into 2 parts: the bridge and the kick over. This video includes drills for those two phases and as a bonus a couple of drills to increase shoulder and back flexibility/mobility. Hope this helps😀
