İnegöl Meatballs
1 kg of fatty ground beef
1 large onion
1.5 coffee spoons of salt
1.5 coffee spoons of baking soda
Half a lemon
A coffee spoon of paprika
A coffee spoon of ground red pepper
A teaspoon of black pepper
Preparation:
Take the minced meat from beef and lamb, which has been ground twice, into a mixing bowl. Mix it well with salt, baking soda and lemon juice and cover it. We let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Afterwards, we knead it once again with grated onion, paprika, red pepper and black pepper, divide it into 43 equal parts, give it a shape and cook it on the grill or in a cast iron pan, turning it constantly. It was delicious, you should definitely try it!
