Ingredients List:
1 pack of bow-tie pasta
Cheddar cheese
4 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
2 spoons of flour
For the meatballs;
450 g minced meat
2 cloves of garlic
2 onions
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
1 coffee spoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
Grate the onion on the minced meat. Add salt and pepper. We beat it well. We turn it into mini meatballs. Then we boil our pasta. We take the butter and flour into the pan for the bechamel sauce, fry it until we get rid of the smell of the flour. We add the milk. Add salt and pepper. When it thickens, we turn the fire off. For our meatballs, we add oil to the pan. I put the meatballs and garlic together in the pan. When the meatballs get fried, I added the tomato paste, ground pepper, salt and pepper and added enough hot water to go over them. I boil them well. After draining the pasta, pour it into the baking dish. We pour the bechamel sauce that we cooked on it. Mix it well with the pasta. I reserved some sauce for meatballs. I take the meatballs over the pasta. I also put the bechamel sauce I put aside on the meatballs. We grate the cheddar cheese. We bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until the cheddar cheese gets fried. Enjoy your meal.
