Pillar #3 is far more powerful than people realise - and hugely underused. I once used it when money was getting tight ... it inspired an idea which someone paid me $1000 for the next day! (Sorry -the story's too long to tell here, but it's absolutely true.)

Organizing your mind and Connectedness I love...I believe in focusing on facts and seeing things for what they actually are, not acting on assumptions. Tuning into our intuition by practicing mindfulness and noticing when you feel those visceral reactions good/bad to situations, reflecting on it and resolving and not sweeping them under the rug only to build up. Self-advocating, setting and enforcing healthy boundaries...Knowing your self-worth.

Our emotions play a huge part of our daily decision making. Learning to control not only our own emotions but help our clients regulate theirs as well will surely make a huge impact. 💯

Thanks for creating such an awesome video about these 4 pillars Ajit! Pillar number 2 resonated with me the most and how changing our thinking patterns can start giving us different results that can positivity affect our lives. It's crazy to think that self-awareness and self-reflection can have such a big impact on how we live of lives.
