Great to see another video, such fun to make things up as you go along. I've thrown all my recipe books out and now just rely on one recipe that is in my head and I can tweak to suit certain needs 😀

Hey 👋 Granit video🙂 It make sense that you don't have problems with pectin haze, because rhubarb do not have pectin in it. I have a lot of rhubarb and netels, so I want to try your recipe

Hi, I experimented with teas last year , tetley , green, fruit etc. Some were awful , some were surprising and some were awesome. Without finding your channel I would probably be stuck on seven day box kits. I bulk make your dried elderflower and would recommend to anyone, I use your favourite company’s high alcohol yeast in it because the flavour can handle it. Also I’ve been playing with ribena and it’s a nice drink, have you ever done ribena?

Out of interest, how did the green tea turn out?
@anthonyharrison9280

@@jamessimpson1709 surprisingly not bad . I used 14 bags and a good squirt of lemon juice. But it does need a bit of maturing to be appreciated.

I've made tetley's tea wine, strong yeast and back sweetened. Surprisingly like sherry.

@@susangoddard9257 iv just bottled a tetleys orange and peach tea it’s turned out lovely not silly alcohol and awesome chilled. Well when I say just bottled it was ten days ago and iv only 1 bottle left. Definitely making this again later in the year probably a 5 gallon brew as should be matured and ready for next summers long hot nights.

Sugar doesn't determine sweetness yeast does .

True to a point, but type of sugar plays a big part on the flavour of the finished wine, including sweet high notes and sweetened tertiary aromas.
