Join me for this Unique 12 minute Unique weighted Ab Workout At Home as we continue our dumbbell workout staple series
The final workout in the series and its time to hit those Abs hard with is Ab Workout At Home
Again smashing our 3 stations , heavy , moderate and light
Kicking off with the staple station with will be a weighted full crunch sit up
We then move onto our moderate station , then back to the staple. Then to the light station and back to the staple and so on
If you have been following the series , you know the drill by now.
I suggest going lighter for all 3 stations as those abs won't take much to burn out.
Again 40 seconds on work with each exercises and 20 seconds rest
One more time with the staples , let's gooooo!!!!
