There is an activation track in Timeline. You don't need to script for activating objects.

I didn't know about the signals. It's similar to another game engine that I use (Construct 3). That's so good! Now it opens a whole world of possibilities to explore! Thanks for the tutorial :D

Great, great video!! Thank you for posting this. I can hardly wait to get onto your Cinemachine video. Cinemachine is my favorite part of Unity. Could you please make a video on character animation and also one on having an animated character move across an uneven surface? I am going to be reviewing this video many times. Thank you again.

Hello! Im wanting to make some characters walk forward like yours. However when you extended the walking clip length, he walked further, However mine just loops its original distance and starts each time at the very start. How do i solve this?

He's using 'Root Motion' in the animator which you probably are not. Look it up you'll understand what it means. If you can't use it then you would have to animate the transform of the object directly in the timeline. Make another track, put the character in, and hit record to make an animation.

Maybe its because im on unity 2021.3 but I'm not getting several of the options your getting. In particular, on the signal emitter the option to make a new signal. Other then that...great vid!

Great video Thanks you for posting! and one more thing i want to make a short cutscene finish animation like in fighting games but it needs to be played from the position of the player but whenever i try to play it the positions changes im not sure whether we can use timeline for this

If I look at the top left of your screen you can see this is unity 2020 and not 2021
