💡💡💡💡💡💡💡 That's how many "aha" moments I had when I interviewed Laura Cuello for Account Management in Action. But the biggest was on why "No" might just be the best thing you can say to your client. Because as Laura says: "If you immediately say, "Yes," you're robbing them from the opportunity of actually holding the ultimate problem." BAM! I hadn't thought about it in quite that way before. How often do we, as account managers say "yes" to quickly and never truly understand our clients because of it?

I've actually had a few requests for this type of video. I'm thinking of doing a video on processes/playbooks for account management and then a walk through of how to do this in Notion and/or Confluence. What do you think?
