A blend of the six count burpee with some Bulgarian bag work!
10 six count burpees
10 BB swing-squats
10 BB squats
10 BB lunges
10 BB spins each side
Approx 100 metre BB run
I did 8 rounds.
I haven’t mastered the spins yet, lots to work on! You’re meant to shift the hips from side to side as you spin the bag overhead to counterbalance the weight of the bag- I’m not moving hips enough. Great bit of kit though, love it!
Almost every movement pattern covered in this workout, except for a pull. You have - push, squat, lunge, hinge, rotation & gait!
