Just found your channel. I'm fighting exfoliative cheilitis, gut issues and now stomach issues due to overdosing on something. A lot of what you say resonates with me, I feel like I'm on my way to losing my 20s (24 currently, already lost my late-teens). Hard path, I needed to learn that it takes time to heal, maybe even years. Recently took magnesium and vitamin D, which oddly enough, both gives me peripheral neuropathy as well. Sometimes I wonder whether I'm b12 deficient or something else is screwing with me. I'll check out your channel, take care friend. Also, don't blame yourself fot eating badly, 1 step back, 2 forward. Wish you the best and I'll pray for you; even if it sounds corny. Keeps me going.

'I basically binged on loads of crisps' that killed me 🤣 do you know about the MSG in things like niknaks also. I feel absolutely dreadful after eating any MSG.

I don't know if you got Activomin in England but it helped killing the candida for me. In the end it is humic substance

Hiya, if this is humid acid I did actually look into this before for mineral deficiency which showed some interesting things. I don’t think it’s a cure for anything but there is definitely some good data out there to suggest it could be very beneficial for a mineral deficient human, which we could absolutely argue is one part of the puzzle in gut health.

Also, I plan on adding raw milk kefir, but I'm slightly afraid, because of these articles you read online about it making you sick. Has fermented raw dairy done you any good? Quite frankly, I'm at my wit's end. I've tried raw milk at some point in my life; gave me heartburn in the end, but I attribute that to the high lactoce/fat, whereas fermentation breaks those down. Really tempted to try it again. Sorry for bombarding your comment section by the way.

Hey, I’ve just now seen your comments I apologise. I get on great with milk kefir, but I prefer to make raw milk yoghurt. I just prefer the taste of yoghurt, and I already take a heavy probiotic daily anyway. I know there is a strong argument that kefir would be a better probiotic, but I know that raw milk yoghurt is already an enormous load of probiotics and it’s a very satisfying amount of food too, plus I throw some blueberries in for extra. My diet tends to float around a bit. I seem to react to things sometimes and others not. Sometimes it’s a delayed reaction and I will get fatigued the next day by something I ate previous. However, with a good betaine hcl supplement and perhaps digestive enzymes, your heart burn should disappear. I think it’s possible it would disappear with just betaine. Do you struggle to stay away from junk food or are you able to keep clean? I personally struggle greatly the last year for some reason.

Hi Anthony, so sorry you are having a hard time. When I first started chelation I had some tingles in my hands and feet but it went away pretty quickly. I was really really scared when it first happened but it’s okay now, and my index finger started twitching on its own for like 5 seconds at a time at the beginning of chelation. I am writing a blog about my experience so far, our experience is similar/literally the same. It’s just things I notice through my journey. It’s a great way to keep track of symptoms etc cause the lay out of the blog is great. It’s called blogger. It’s like the best type of diary. I also saw a neurologist when I first got sick and it was all clear. Through a gastroenterologist I got diagnosed with SIBO with a hydrogen breath test. So I was glad I treated that before chelation ! The gut is so important hey. Way too many antibiotics in my life. I also have Candida rash patches, and I got them maybe 6-8 months before I got crushed with brain fog ! Weird hey Keep carrying on Anthony! You can do this ✊🏼

Hi Georgia, thank you so much for your comments. I do always read them and smile. So strange you say that as my fingers were doing the exact same thing maybe 2 weeks before my little relapse. Was my index finger too 😂 I just had my specks checked for the 4th time, I’ve had this huge fear that I have specks for a long time and I think it’s put me off but I will take the feedback from the group and just chelate after I’ve been on the core 4 for 2 weeks again. The blog sounds great. I find it helps me think better when I blog or make these videos. I saw a neurologist right at the beginning 6 years ago, but they simply told me I had CFS of course. I don’t expect much different this time. I also have SIBO and I’m sure it’s responsible for a lot of symptoms too, but very tough to tackle. A urologist wants me to take a 2 weeks course of doxycycline for a suspected infection but it’s pretty hard to weigh up. If I take them I’ll hit probiotics heavily while I make the attempt, but I know they will set me back a bit further. Glad to hear you are still going forward. Thank you for sharing with me. The Candida and brain fog link is very real. I was reading last night about Alzheimer’s being linked to yeast. It’s very interesting. Will update again soon, keep blogging :)
