Tight hips can cause lots of problems throughout the whole body. When you're hips don't move correctly other joints have to make up the difference. This can cause back, knee, and hip pain. In fact tight hips can actually contribute to headaches!
But using just a ball you can get some relief. I'm using a lacrosse ball in the video but any ball about that size will work. I like lacrosse balls because they're a great compromise between squish and firm.
